Dr.-Ing AB Sitanggang, is a faculty member the Department of Food Science and Technology and Coordinator of Food Safety and Quality Program of the Southeast Asian Food & Agriculture Science and Technology (SEAFAST) Center, Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), Indonesia. His research includes membrane technology for (simple and complex) enzymatic reactions, reactor designs, and related topics in food processing engineering. He earned his PhD in Chemical and Process Engineering, Technische Universitaet Berlin, Germany
