Indonesian Association of Food Technologist (IAFT/PATPI) inconjunction with Food Ingredients Asia 2016 are organizing the Annual Meeting of IAFT and International Conference “Food Innovation : ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) Challenges” on21st–23rd September 2016 in Jakarta,Indonesia.However ,the graduate studentss participation in international conference and seminar are still limited.Therefore, to encourage graduate students’ participation in International Conference, IAFT/PATPI organized the “2016 PATPI Graduate Student Research Paper Competition (GSRPC)”.Purposes of the competitionare (i) torecognize food science and technology research conducted bygraduate students and(ii)to promote the development of food science and technology program in Indonesia.
